These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 97pak platform, including all games, services, promotions, and financial transactions offered at 97pak.net. By creating an account or placing any wager on 97pak, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by every provision set out in this Agreement. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Before reading the full Terms, here are the six most critical policy commitments that govern every 97pak account. Full legal detail follows in the clauses below.
97pak is exclusively available to adults aged 21 and above. CNIC verification is mandatory for all accounts. Any account found to belong to a person below 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned after identity verification.
Each individual Pakistani resident is permitted to hold one single 97pak account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds obtained through duplicate registrations will be forfeited without exception.
All 97pak bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. These requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering conditions results in bonus forfeiture.
All withdrawals must be processed through the same JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits. 97pak does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Identity and payment method verification is required before first withdrawal.
97pak operates a zero-tolerance policy against cheating, collusion, bonus abuse, chargebacks, and any form of fraudulent activity. Confirmed violations result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances without appeal.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under 97pak's international gaming licence. Disputes that cannot be resolved through 97pak's internal process are referred to the licensing authority's independent dispute resolution mechanism.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this Agreement:
2.1 Age Requirement
Registration and use of the 97pak Platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 97pak enforces this requirement through mandatory CNIC verification at the time of account creation and/or before a Player's first withdrawal.
Strict enforcement notice: Any Player found to be below the age of 21 at the time of registration will have their account immediately suspended. All funds in the account will be assessed and handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. 97pak reserves the right to report underage gambling attempts to the relevant authorities.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions
The 97pak Platform is operated for the benefit of Pakistani users and is accessed by players in Pakistan. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their specific location. 97pak does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction other than in the context of its operating licence.
2.3 Registration Process
To create a 97pak account, you must provide the following accurate and complete information:

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)
97pak may require Players to submit additional verification documentation at any point, including but not limited to: a clear photograph of your CNIC (front and back), a selfie holding your CNIC, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa registered name). Failure to complete KYC verification within 72 hours of request may result in temporary account restriction.
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active 97pak account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 97pak employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 97pak reserves the right to merge balances into the original account and permanently close all duplicate accounts, forfeiting any bonus funds credited to the duplicates.
3.2 Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 97pak login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 97pak will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
You must notify 97pak support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.3 Account Name and Details
The name registered on your 97pak account must exactly match the name on your CNIC and the name on your registered JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account. Discrepancies between account name and payment method name will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification. 97pak does not process withdrawals to third-party names under any circumstances.
3.4 Account Currency
All 97pak accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit, wagering, or withdrawal process. This is a permanent policy and applies to all Players regardless of their payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements
Prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal, 97pak requires full KYC verification as described in Clause 2.4. Withdrawals will not be processed until this verification is satisfactorily completed. Additionally, a minimum of one (1) deposit transaction must have been made before a withdrawal can be initiated.
4.4 Refused Deposits
97pak reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits made from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, or from sources identified as associated with fraudulent activity. Reversed deposits will be returned to the original payment method.
97pak reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for transactions exceeding certain thresholds, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations under its operating licence. Players are required to cooperate with such requests within the timeframe specified.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by 97pak are subject to the specific terms stated on each promotion page in addition to these General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific promotion, all 97pak bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are displayed clearly on each promotion and are calculated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).

5.3 Bonus Abuse
97pak maintains a zero-tolerance policy against bonus abuse, defined as any strategy or behaviour — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting between markets, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — that is designed to generate a guaranteed profit from bonus funds regardless of game outcome. Where bonus abuse is identified, 97pak reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings generated from the bonus balance, and permanently restrict the Player's promotional eligibility.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
All 97pak bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit, after which unused bonus balance and any associated wagering progress are forfeited. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion and range from 7 to 30 days depending on the offer type. Players are encouraged to check their account's bonus tracker to monitor wagering progress and expiry dates.
6.1 Random Number Generation
All casino games offered on the 97pak Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. This software is regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to confirm that game outcomes are genuinely random and statistically fair. 6.4 Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects game outcomes or the display of results, 97pak reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to Players' accounts. 97pak shall not be liable for any winnings generated as a direct result of a malfunction. "Malfunction voids all pays and play" is an industry-standard principle that applies to all 97pak games.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 97pak Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to appropriate authorities:

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, licence, or interest in any 97pak intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, publishing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any part of the 97pak Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of 97pak. Unauthorised use of 97pak's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may give rise to legal action.
97pak collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering a 97pak account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Key data processing activities at 97pak include: identity verification using CNIC data; transaction processing and AML monitoring; fraud detection and abuse prevention; customer support communication; and promotional communications where consent has been provided. 97pak does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, licensing bodies, and payment processors as required by legal or contractual obligation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 97pak shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
In no event shall 97pak's total liability to any Player in any calendar month exceed the aggregate value of that Player's deposits made during the same month, or PKR 500,000, whichever is the lesser amount.
Nothing in this Limitation of Liability clause excludes or restricts 97pak's liability for death or personal injury caused by 97pak's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.1 Termination by 97pak
97pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of this Agreement; confirmed fraud, cheating, or abuse; failure to complete required KYC verification; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or where required by 97pak's licensing authority or any applicable regulation.
Upon termination for breach, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account may be forfeited after assessment of any outstanding claims or liabilities. Where a legitimate Real Money Balance exists in an account terminated for non-breach reasons (such as regulatory requirement), 97pak will make reasonable efforts to return the balance to the Player's verified payment method.
12.2 Termination by Player
You may close your 97pak account at any time by contacting the support team. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal of Real Money Balance will be processed to your verified payment method. Outstanding bonus balances will be cancelled upon closure. Account closure does not release you from any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.
12.3 Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 97pak will notify the account holder via their registered mobile number before applying any inactive account management measures. Inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of Rs 50 per month, applicable only once all bonus balances have been exhausted, and deducted from the Real Money Balance only.
97pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect Players' rights or obligations — 97pak will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or a message to Players' registered mobile numbers before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the 97pak Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Clause 12.2. The most current version of these Terms is always available at 97pak.net/terms-conditions.
14.1 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable under 97pak's international gaming operating licence. Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
14.2 Internal Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 97pak Platform, you should first contact 97pak's support team via the live chat function on the Platform or by email at [email protected]. 97pak's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with 97pak's response, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 97pak's licensing authority.
14.3 Language
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English language version shall be the definitive reference.
